I currently only provide therapy online, which is often referred to as telehealth, teletherapy, or remote therapy. There are several benefits of teletherapy such as convenience, no commutes or wait time, access to specialists outside of your geographic location, no need for access to transportation, and studies have demonstrated that teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy.
To access teletherapy, all you need is a device with a camera and an internet connection. Before our first session, I will send you a link to an online portal to complete necessary forms. From there, you will receive a link to join a secure, encrypted video therapy call. That’s it!
